Since the FL school district already was using NextGen for its central-office budgeting and payroll, school officials decided to increase efficiency, accuracy, and speed by adding NextGen’s Local School Accounting (LSA) software to their system.
The move will allow the district to overcome the difficulties of relying on two separate, stand-alone accounting software solutions, which required manual processing, by instead integrating their accounting efforts into a single database
Hardee County School District also currently relies on HSS for disaster-recovery to safeguard their data, as well as one of HSS’ Employee Self-Service solutions to allow staff to access, update, and maintain much of their own information.
