Rocky Ford School District in Rocky Ford, Colorado has selected eTrition for its food service software system. eTrition is an enterprise cloud-based system from Harris School Nutrition Solutions. It is designed to help school districts focus more of its time on its central mission and less of its time managing technology burdens. eTrition’s unique design enables the district to do just that.
The district chose eTrition from among several other vendors. Rocky Ford is excited about eTrition’s unique ability to serve students even in the event of network failure. The cloud-based design also fits perfectly with the district’s overall technology plan of managing systems in the cloud and reducing demands on its busy technology staff.
Rocky Ford School District operates three cafeterias and serves a student body of approximately 900. It is making plans now to implement eTrition during the summer months leading up to the new school year.
